Never had a Snuggie. I am notoriously warm-blooded and would find it uncomfortable to be in. My wife, on the other hand, loves her lap blankets. But, we DID buy one of these one time for a friend.
They had 10 kids!

I literally bought the box you see in the ad. It’s from a company called Prank-o that makes prank boxes for gifts. They have some amazingly cool stuff. One of my other favorites was the “crib dribbler” which looked like a hamster waterer for infants. I wrapped somebody’s baby shower gift in that one time. Should have seen the looks I got that day!
I brought several boxes after Christmas when Walmart was clearancing them out one year. Wish I could find a bunch of them again. They’re a bit pricey but they’re also priceless!
It’s never cold enough
@Cerridwyn That’s your fault. Move North and East
@capnjb oh hell mo
@capnjb @Cerridwyn it’s actually the goat’s, @cbatte, fault.
@accelerator @capnjb @cbatte
/showme we love the dry heat
@Cerridwyn Here’s the image you requested for “we love the dry heat”
@Cerridwyn
Is that Elmo’s evil cousin?
@capnjb @Cerridwyn Hellmo’s Fire?
/showme saint Elmo’s fire above an image of hell
@accelerator @Cerridwyn golf clap
@Cerridwyn, consider your lack of shivering 100% my fault. No need to pack up and move North—I’ll take the heat for your heat!
Where is the option for “Yes, and I still have it”?
It is great to take to the Movie theaters. Most of the time it is chilly
We mysteriously received 2 of them and never knew who sent them. We never used them & I finally gave them away.
@Kyeh
The first rule of Snuggie Club is: you do not talk about Snuggie Club…
@macromeh I’m not in that club.
I had a knockoff version from Woot, and it was super awkward and ill filling.
I’ve never had one, my grandmother did and said the constant static shocks offset any other comfort it offered.
I only warm my house enough that the pipes aren’t in danger of freezing and just wear a hoodie.
They were somewhat of a trip hazard so I gave mine up for safety reasons
Never had a Snuggie, but I do have a Big Blanket™
10’ x 10’ is great for nap time… heh.
Bought knockoffs here a long long time ago on a 2-for-Tuesday deal.
Remember 2-for-Tuesdays?
I never had one. But my daughter got one (I don’t remember if it was a name brand or knock-off) in high school and absolutely loved it

@chienfou
Did the kids take turns popping up for air?
(Definitely not to be used on “Chili Night” .)
@chienfou How funny. So they could fit all 8 kids but no parents - or two kids got left out.

That would be fun!
Ohhhhh!
Never owned one but I found wearing a fluffy bathrobe backwards does the same thing but not a trip hazard.
