/showme The most interesting man in the world is saying “I don’t always make beds, but when I do, I use ZippySack Zip-Up Bedding with a picture of me on it”.
So, add not learning how to make your bed to not learning how to tell time by using a digital watch and not learning how to tie shoes with velcro closures…Hmmm. And of course, No Cursive writing… Yikes… We all had to learn… Not Fair!
@Mandamm not to mention training kids that they need to check their tablet before setting foot on the floor every morning. Surprised there is no built in charger.
@Mandamm Even as a lover of antique clocks, I have to say all of those things aren’t really important life skills. Especially cursive. Only thing I ever used that for is my own signature!
@richrauch well, our grandkids’ beds (and our kids’ beds 30+ years back) are/were all oriented with the head and one side against walls, so that puts the pillow at one end and not the other. Smaller bedroom layouts prevent the bed from being accessed from 3 sides.
@Jonas4321@richrauch
I think the implication was turning the entire bed 180°. You may end up with the headboard in the middle of the room, but it would still be usable

CAUTION: Check contents of ZippySack for kids and cats before dumping it into washing machine.
I think all beds should use the ZippySack solution for the sake of efficiency.

@Jonas4321 @Mandamm To be fair, most books would also likely fit into that pocket.

@Mandamm @PooltoyWolf It’s still useful sometimes to be able to read cursive. Personally I just find it faster than block printing.
Why are these only for twin beds? As a full grown adult, I want the puppy dog one for my adult size bed! Why do kids get to have all the fun?
@Nerdelectric Very rude to assume my age makes me an adult.
Zipper only on the right side, too bad if your bed is left entry only.
@Jonas4321 good catch, saved me some headache
@Jonas4321 so put the pillow at the other end

@chienfou @richrauch then the implication would be idiotic, and I doubt that was what was intended.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don’t want to be zipped into a bed when my sleep paralysis demon comes for me, pretty sure little tikes don’t either.
I want the fox one.
I’m so not surprised these are on meh
the ipad pocket is crazy, as if any kid should be on their ipad up until the moment they fall asleep
My biggest issue with these would probably be that they are too warm.
@chienfou In the reviews one of the common complaints is that they are really thin.
@Kidsandliz
I can barely keep from kicking just the plain sheet off even in the winter.

@Michaelforman Awww, Felix. I’m glad they DON’T have that one because I’d want it & I certainly don’t need it.
