Have you heard of Ease cushion, that’s what I use every day and it’s amazing! I almost had bed sores and using their cushion cleared it up. Like I said, amazing! The Gen 2 is the only one to go with, it’s leaps and bounds better than their first one, I’ve had both of them. Or any other ones that I’ve seen on the market! Their CS is out of this world too. I had a few issues at first and that’s why I KNOW first hand that they have excellent customer service agents who go above and beyond to figure it out and make sure they’ve got happy customers! @Lynnerizer Woah! I’m sure they’re great, but no way can I pay that much for a cushion. I don’t get pressure sores or anything, I just need something to make my wheelchair seat more comfortable, because it’s a compact folding one with almost no padding on the seat. I’m not in it all the time, only when I go somewhere that I’ll need to do more than a tiny bit of walking. Thank you for thinking of me, though!

TBT - I’m using mine on my couch, I only use my scooter on the few occasions I go out, or when driving, I’m designed driver for all of my guys out of town/state appointments too. I ended up with two seats for the scooter because the original one was too thick to be used with the lift they installed in my vehicle and they happened to have a tiny seat there at the shop that allowed the seat to stay on the scooter when loaded so they gave it to me. It’s super uncomfortable to sit in for more than 15 to 30 minutes! So I know what you mean!
It’s mostly because of my fussed hip that I don’t move around, or adjust myself while I’m sitting.
I get it though, it’s a bit of a investment and I had a issue with it until I saw or felt what it did for me. Hopefully you won’t ever get to the point where you NEED it but at least you know it’s out there.

Kind of disappointing that AI gives the dimensions for two different cushions but claim they both have the same model number (which seems unlikely).
@MrGoodGuy So the word “square” is misrepresented? IE: A square is a flat, two-dimensional shape with four equal straight sides and four right angles (90 degrees each)
The exact same item isn’t listed over at the 'zon as far as I could tell; there’s a U-shaped one that uses memory foam and gel, claims to be “cooling”, and while thicker it’s reported as being wont to smash flat when seated long enough. Others report that the U-shaped one is too thick, so go figure. At an inch and a half, this is closer to a stadium seat pad’s dimensions, which can be useful, but I’m going to stick with the thicker seat pads I picked up here a couple of years back.
They can do better than 1.5" thickness… Kind of ridiculous… The recent sale of backrest wasn’t bad, but I am not sitting on it. Maybe I should try the 2nd one for that.
